Las Escuelas Públicas de Union, cuyos 19 sitios están ubicados en partes de SE Tulsa y NW Broken Arrow, tienen una matrícula de aproximadamente 16,000 estudiantes. La cantidad de empresas, educación superior, fundaciones y asociaciones comunitarias que invierten en las áreas clave de énfasis del distrito: educación de la primera infancia, escuelas comunitarias, currículo STEM (ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería, matemáticas) y preparación universitaria / profesional permanece constante.
